The Dexter Russel S286-6H-PCP hamburger turner features a stainless-steel blade with a heat-treated, textured design to elevate performance. The blade, which measures 6 inches long by 3 inches wide, also features beveled edges to simplify removal of cooked meats from griddles and other heated surfaces. Its blue polypropylene handle is comfortable to hold for extended periods of time and features a heat-resistant design that is safe for exposure to temperatures as high as 500 degrees Fahrenheit; its Sani-Safe® style reduces contamination. To extend its longevity, this tool should be washed by hand.
