Measuring 8 inches long with a scalloped edge, the blade on this Dexter Russell S360-8SC-PCP 360® bread knife smoothly slices through thick crusted breads without crushing or flattening. It can be used to slice breads, pastries, and produce such as pineapple, watermelon, and cantaloupe. With its DEXSTEEL® high-carbon steel construction, the blade is strong and resistant to rusting. Made of black polypropylene and Santoprene®, the handle is comfortable and slip resistant. Its contouring creates the perfect grip and includes a finger guard for protection from the sharp blade.
