It can also be used to trim the fat from meat and poultry. Because it's made of high-carbon steel, the blade is heavy duty and corrosion resistant. The handle, which is constructed of rubber, is soft to grip and has a slip-resistant feel. This handle comes in white and is contoured to fit comfortably in the user's hand.
