The blade has a tiger edge, meaning it's made up of sharp and smooth points for trimming the fat off of poultry and meat. This edge can also be used to slice through frozen foods, fruits, and vegetables. Designed to provide a comfortable grip, handle is made of soft rubber with a contoured design. The material is slip resistant to provide a secure grip during prep.
