The Dormont 1675KIT60 gas connector kit is a good option for gas-powered kitchen equipment that's mounted on casters or must be moved regularly for cleaning and maintenance. Its zinc- and yellow chromium-plated carbon steel couplings can be fastened firmly to resist leaks. Designed with three layers, the gas connector hose withstands torsion and movement while resisting cracks, twists, or kinks over time. The full port ball valve offers complete operator control, while the restraining cable averts overextension or stress to the gas connector hose and couplings, during movement. The one-handed, quick-disconnect device includes a thermoreactive insert that melts at 350 degrees Fahrenheit, blocking gas flow through the hose.
