Doughxpress DMS-18-120 Manual Pizza Dough Press W/ Analog Temp Control, 120v
The DoughXpress DMS-18-120 manual dough press flattens dough to create pizzas as large as 18 inches in diameter and 7/8-inch thick. Because of this, it can create a wide range of pizza styles, from New York pizzas to Chicago-style pies. This unit turns on with the click of a switch and operates with a handle that positions the upper platen against the dough. Providing a stylish look, this unit has a powder-coated white finish.
Made of uncoated aluminum, the upper and lower platens in the DoughXpress DMS-18-120 pizza dough press reach temperatures as high as 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Analog controls enable adjustment of the temperature, and when it reaches the desired settings, a heat light will turn off to indicate that the unit is ready for operation.
