Using analog controls, operators can adjust the temperature of the DoughXpress DMS-2-18 pizza dough press as high as 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Both the upper and lower platens produce heat, and they're made of durable uncoated aluminum. This unit has a heat light that turns off when the appropriate temperature is reached to inform operators that it's ready for use. For straightforward operation, it has a power switch to turn the unit off and on.
The DoughXpress DMS-2-18 dough press makes pizzas as thick as 7/8 inch and as big as 18 inches in diameter. This makes the unit useful for serving a wide variety of pizza sizes, styles, and crusts. Because of its versatility, this dough press can be used in a pizza shop or restaurant that serves tacos and tortillas.
