For maximizing speed, efficiency, and consistency, the DoughXpress DXA-SS-120 (11243) single-heat dough press operates semi-automatically with a separately sold air compressor. In an hour, this high-production unit flattens as many as 800 dough balls. Once the desired time and temperature are set with its LED touchscreen controller and the dough thickness is adjusted, it begins pressing. This system doesn't require extensive training, so it's a practical option for busy establishments. For straightforward operation and user safety, it's built with two start buttons, an illuminated power button, and an emergency-stop button.

The DoughXpress DXA-SS-120 (11243) heated dough press measures 21¹/₂ inches wide by 25 inches deep by 26¹/₂ inches high for countertop placement. Its heavy-duty stainless steel construction resists wear, rust, and corrosion and can be wiped clean with a moist towel after service. Both upper and lower platens are made of uncoated, corrosion-resistant aluminum for lasting durability and efficient conductivity. Its heated upper platen can produce temperatures as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit to expedite production time, accommodate refrigerated dough, activate yeast, and prevent dough from sticking, while its 18-inch-diameter lower platen can flatten dough balls to pizzas as large as 18 inches in diameter. If necessary, the lower platen can be replaced with a smaller sized DoughXpress platen.
