Constructed of stainless steel, the DoughXpress DXM-1620-SS meat press is designed for high-efficiency food preparation, capable of pressing up to six cutlets at a time with an output of 700 to 1,000 pieces per hour. Its infinite range thickness adjustment supports customized portioning, while the pull-down handle provides effortless operation. The meat press's nonstick, PTFE-coated upper and lower plates prevent sticking and simplify cleanup. A bottom swing-out design saves space and enhances ease of use.
