Doughxpress DXM-SS-120 Manual Pizza Dough Press W/ Digital Temp Controls, 120v

Designed with a durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel finish, the DoughXpress DXM-SS-120 manual dough press has uncoated aluminum platens, with the upper platen heating to temperatures as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit. The temperature can be monitored using a digital display and adjusted as needed. When the desired temperature is reached, a heat light will shut off to indicate that the unit is ready for operation, and a timer informs operators when pizza is finished.

To streamline loading and unloading, the DoughXpress DXM-SS-120 pizza dough press's bottom platen swings out for access. It operates with a handle, and when the upper platen is positioned against dough, a cam overlock secures it in place until users lift it. A versatile piece for the kitchen, this unit's thickness range can be adjusted infinitely, and it can make many sized pizzas as large as 18 inches in diameter.
