The DoughXpress DXP-CB001 conveyor oven is a single-deck model designed for countertop placement. It cooks as many as (16) 12-inch or (12) 14-inch par-baked pizzas per hour and features a 33/4-inch opening clearance. To streamline cleaning, it's furnished with two removable catch trays. Overall, this unit measures 183/4 inches wide by 47 inches deep by 151/2 inches high.

Built to endure high-volume use, the DoughXpress DXP-CB001 electric conveyor oven is constructed of stainless steela'¬a€a durable, rust- and corrosion-resistant metal that can be wiped clean after use. To accommodate various cooking needs, it has independent top and bottom temperature controls with a range of 158 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, and the speed can be adjusted to change cook time. This unit features a 14-inch-wide conveyor with two top and bottom quartz-sheathed heating elements.
