The Doyon DRPR4S rotating heated pizza merchandiser accommodates (4) 20-inch pizzas, (16) 9-inch pizzas, or 16 chickens on its four shelves. As it rotates, the rack displays products under lights for increased visibility. Glass panels enable customers and staff to see the merchandise inside, increasing impulse buys; they can be removed for cleaning at the end of the day. An internal water pan keeps food fresh, but the unit also can be used in dry applications to keep food crispy.
