Duke 303-NAT Aerohot 44-3/8" Natural Gas Stationary

The Duke 303 Aerohot steam table has three 12-inch-by-20-inch-by-8-inch openings, each of which is heated by and independently controlled burner with an adjustable valve. Spanning the length of the front, the unit comes with a 7-inch-wide-by-1⁄2-inch-tall cutting board. Employees can cut meat and prep dishes on the board, and it is supported by a shelf and brackets.

Durable for high-volume operations, the Duke 303 steam table is constructed of stainless steel to resist rust and simplify cleaning. Side and bottom insulation contains heat and enhances the structural strength if the unit. Tubular stainless steel legs elevate the table to a convenient working height and have an integrated undershelf to maximize storage space. On the bottom of the legs, plastic bullet feet adjust to stabilize the unit on uneven floors.
