Duke 613-G2XX Double Full Size Natural Gas Convection Oven - 80,000 BTU
The Duke 613-G2XX convection oven can cook and hold food products, suspends the food in a warming state until chefs are ready to remove and serve it. To tackle most common cooking needs, the oven's temperature spectrum is 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Chamber lighting highlights food as it's cooking and improves visibility.
The Duke 613-G2XX convection oven has two chambers to double the amount of food the unit can put out for a restaurant kitchen. Its chambers are porcelain, which is convenient to clean but will need attention in the long haul to protect it from cracking damage. Glass panes in the chamber doors provide a view into the chamber so chefs can monitor the cooking cycle.
