Duke 613-G3V Single Full Size Natural Gas Convection Oven - 46,000 BTU
The Duke 613-G2XX convection oven can be used to prepare food items such as pasta bakes or roast chicken. It has a single porcelain chamber that can be quickly wiped clean but should be checked over time to prevent cracking damage. A total of six racks sit in the chamber and these can be reconfigured to 13 positions to accommodate products of differing sizes.
Keeping an eye on food to prevent overheating, the Duke 613-G2XX convection oven's doors feature a glass pane that enables chefs to monitor the cooking process. A 60-minute timer alerts kitchen staff when cooking time has elapsed and product attention is needed, and to help improve chamber visibility and show product as it cooks, the oven has internal lighting.
