Suitable for high-volume environments, the Duke 839-1SN buffet shelf is made of stainless steel, which resists rusting and corroding and can be quickly wiped clean. It's designed for installation on a buffet line where it provides space for users to rest plates as they serve themselves. This unit measures 72³/₈ inches wide by 10¹/₂ inches deep by 20 inches high overall, and one side is furnished with a tempered glass sneeze guard to protect food.
