For one-sided self-service, the Duke TS530-72-1SN Thurmaduke™ Designer sneeze guard has an acrylic panel that towers above displayed items to reduce contamination. Its clear material provides customers a direct view of foods; they can comfortably reach and dish out foods beneath the shield. After use, it can be flipped up for cleaning. On top of the unit, its 13-inch-wide stainless steel shelf supports more supplies, such as utensils and napkins. Painted end panels along the unit's sides match specific color schemes. Attachable to an Aeroserv, a Thurmaduke steam table, or a Thurmaduke serving system, it is 74 inches wide by 26¹/₂ inches deep by 18 inches high.
