The Dynamic MX001.1ES immersion blender is excellent for bulk blending needs, as it can process batches as large as 75 gallons of product at a time. Its shaft is 27 inches long, giving it plenty of length to reach inside deep pots and kettles. Because the blade is titanium plated, this blender's durability and effectiveness is increased. To help it consistently process product, the blender has a continuous operation switch.
