The Dynamic MX044.1ES immersion blender can mix, puree, blend, and emulsify ingredients in the same pot it will be cooked in, reducing how many dishes need to be washed. It's compatible with as much as 40 gallons of food and has an 18-inch stainless steel shaft. To streamline cleaning, the 41/2-inch bell at the end of the shaft can be detached, and because the cutter blade is plated in titanium, it resists corrosion for lasting durability.
