For use in color-coded systems, the Dynamic MX070.12 handheld blender comes in red and white. Its shaft is made of durable and rust-resistant stainless steel and can be detached to improve access for cleaning. Because it operates at various speeds from 0 to 13,000 RPM, this unit can mix batches as large as 1 gallon. It measures 15¹/₂ inches long and fits comfortably in an employee's hand for maximum control.

The Dynamic MX070.12 immersion blender comes with two discs and two blades, which are each titanium plated for maximum strength. The batter disc can be used to mix fish and cake batters, and the dairy disc is useful for preparing whipped cream and mayonnaise. To chop up salsa and pesto, the unit includes a standard blade, and its emulsifying blade can make hummus and milkshakes.
