Twin fry baskets in the Eagle Group EF10-240-X countertop electric fryer enable employees to cook two different food types at a time. The baskets are nickel plated to provide durability; for extra strength, the pot and exterior are made of stainless steel. Making it a great choice for countertop use, this fryer measures 12 inches wide by 19 inches deep by 15 inches high. Its single frypot has a fat capacity of 15 pounds, and the tank can be removed to empty the oil and clean it.

The Eagle Group EF10-240-X electric fryer has a temperature range of 200 to 375 degrees Fahrenheit which can be adjusted with thermostatic controls. A light indicates when the unit preheats and the light turns off when it's ready for use. If the temperature reaches unsafe levels, the fryer automatically shuts off for safety purposes. To reduce maintenance needs, the Incoloy® sheath heating element is self-cleaning.
