This Edlund G-2 manual can opener is a medium-duty can opener suitable for opening as many as 15 cans per day. Can sizes as large as No. 10 will fit this can opener, and the stainless steel knife is reversible for extended use. Removable gears and knives enable complete cleaning of this can opener, and these parts can be replaced if they become worn or dull. For recurrent use, the melonite arbor and stainless steel body resist rust, and because the shaft is welded and a plated screw-down base is included, this manual can opener installs firmly and securely in the user's kitchen.
