Edlund KSUV-18 (39150) UV Knife Sterilizer Cabinet w/ Locking Door, 115v

To ensure knives are sanitary for future use, the Edlund KSUV-18 Helios knife sterilizer cabinet uses UV rays to sterilize as many as 12 knives, two cleavers, and one honing steel within 3 minutes. Furnished with a mirrored interior and evenly spaced, non-UV-filtering slotted knife holders, the cabinet also has two large slots for cleavers. Built-in LED lights indicate when sterilization is happening and the plexiglass door can be locked to prevent tampering or potential damage as UV rays sanitize the knives.

The Edlund KSUV-18 sterilizer cabinet's door material also protects the user from the UV rays without obstructing visibility. To prevent over- and under-exposure, an integrated, 15-minute bell timer alerts the operator when the process completes. For a long service life, this unit is made of stainless steel that resists corrosion, so it's useful for kitchen environments. Designed to be mounted on a wall, it measures 19 inches wide by 6 inches deep by 24 inches high.
