Electrolux Professional 600991 Cutter Mixer w/ 2 7/10 qt Bowl - 115v

The small Electrolux Professional 600991 cutter mixer comes with a transparent plastic bowl featuring a 2⁷/₁₀-quart capacity. After use, the bowl can be removed and run through the dishwasher, and this piece features a funnel hole in the top of the lid that enables ingredients to be added while the unit is in operation. The machine also comes with an ergonomic scraper used to help the mixer produce an even and thorough end result.

The motor of the Electrolux Professional 600991 cutting mixer is controlled using a front-facing control panel to control the speed of the microtooth blades, which spin in the bottom of the bowl to cut contained food. The blade spins at a fixed speed of 1,800 revolutions per minute. The control panel is waterproof to protect it from damage caused by spills, and this panel features an on, off, and pulse button for quickly and coarsely chopping food. The motor can be completely turned off using the on/off switch at the back of the machine. The fully assembled unit is 9⁷/₁₀ inches wide by 12⁹/₁₀ inches deep by 17¹⁹/₂₀ inches tall.
