The compact Electrolux Professional 600999 cutter mixer comes with a stainless steel bowl featuring a 3⁴/₅-quart-capacity that's designed to hold foods like vegetables and fruits during processing. The bowl comes with a microtoothed rotor blade that spins in the bottom of the bowl to chop and mix the contained ingredients; the blade is constructed of durable 420 AISI stainless steel. This blade is powered by the 1-horsepower quiet motor that spins at a fixed speed of 1,800 revolutions per minute, and the bowl fits a clear plastic lid that has a funnel hole in the top for adding food to the mixer while it runs. To streamline cleaning, the bowl can be dismounted and run through the dishwasher after use.

The Electrolux Professional 600999 motor is controlled using a small, waterproof control panel mounted on the front of the machine, giving users the option to start the blade spinning, stop the blade, and activate a pulse function to coarsely chop product. There is an on/off switch on the back of the machine to shut off the motor entirely. At 9⁹/₁₀ inches wide by 13¹/₁₀ inches deep by 18⁷/₁₀ inches tall, the cutter mixer is small and should be used on top of a counter or worktable.
