The Electrolux 603286 vegetable cutter is made of stainless steel for durability and corrosion resistance. The cutter has two fixed speeds of 325 and 650 revolutions per minute, and it uses bladed discs to cut, slice, and dice vegetables and fruits into uniform pieces (sold separately). This unit comes supplied with a large round hopper and a large half-moon hopper, and users can employ the hand pusher when adding ingredients as the motor runs. The cut pieces are then expelled out of a standard ejector, while its side-discharge system offers space for a container to fit underneath the large side chute. The hopper can be removed and cleaned, and for thorough use, the hopper's housing is completely made of aluminum; this cutter is equipped with an automatic restart when the pusher is in place.

The Electrolux 603286 vegetable cutter has rubber feet for stabilization during use on countertop or worktables, and this machine is 29¹/₂ inches wide by 14⁹/₁₀ inches deep by 18¹/₁₀ inches tall. To simplify operation, it has a front-placed off button that's red and a green on button. As a safety precaution, this unit is built-in with a magnetic safety system and motor brake, while a preventative feature stops the motor when the pusher is not in place.
