The Eurodib CYCLONE201D Cyclone vacuum pack machine has a large, 201/2-inch by 197/10-inch chamber with two sealing bars. These bars create a seal in vacuum pack bags, preventing outside air from reaching food, thus extending product holding life and minimizing food waste. It can be used for sous vide cooking preparation, letting operators prepare food ahead of time and retherm in bulk. Made of stainless steel, this packing machine is heavy duty and streamlines cleaning.
