Eurodib VGB4 Gyro Machine W/ 176 Lb Capacity - Stainless Steel, Convertible
The Eurodib VGB4 gyro machine is a vertical broiler with four double broilers each controlled by its own knob. Ideal for bulk gyro production, the skewer is adjustable and can hold 176 pounds of meat. The motor can move either left or right as needed, and in its top-mounted position, it isn't in the way of any grease or spillage. The full unit is made of durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel. Overall, it measures 177/10 inches wide by 222/5 inches deep by 453/10 inches tall. It ships ready for use with natural gas, but parts are included for conversion to LP gas.
