Equipex FC-100G Full-Size Countertop Convection Oven, 208/240v

To bake and broil product quickly, the Equipex FC-100G countertop convection oven is built with infrared quartz heating elements and can operate convection and broiling modes separately or simultaneously. It contains four wire racks plated with chrome for increased resistance to scratches and rust. This full-size oven includes a single deck and is compactly designed to enable countertop installation. To track cook times, it is equipped with a 120-minute timer.

Because the Equipex FC-100G full-size countertop oven's glass door is double paned, it remains cool to the touch while product is baking. When cleaning is needed, the door can be removed to make it easier. This oven can be set at temperatures as high as 570 degrees Fahrenheit and features a two-speed fan with a reversing turbine motor to move air evenly around the oven's interior. For improved visibility, this oven includes built-in lighting, and it can hold as many as four full-size baking sheets at a time.
