The Equipex FC-33/1 countertop convection oven comes equipped with three wire racks and an aluminum bake pan for baking different types of product. It has two quartz heating elements installed overhead, and its thermostat reaches temperatures as high as 450 degrees Fahrenheit. A timer counts down from 120 minutes to accommodate recipes with specific cook times. Convection and broiling modes operate separately, enabling the unit to prepare foods in different ways.

The Equipex FC-33/1 quarter-size convection oven is made of rust-resistant stainless steel, which is easier to clean than other materials. A safety glass door enables the user to view baking product, and the top-mounted handle ensures users can open and close the door. The unit's door and exterior are insulated to retain heat, and the drip tray restricts messes.
