The island design allows customers to see product from various angles instead of just one. Cold air is retained since the cabinet is insulated with high-density foam. Three-tiered, black, adjustable, metal shelves hold products, and the LED top and undershelf lighting makes them more visible to encourage impulse buying. There is a conveniently located light switch to conserve energy when your business is closed.

A self-contained refrigeration system is achieved with the condensate evaporator. The evaporator coil compartment is insulated and resistant to corrosion. An average temperature of 40 degrees Fahrenheit is maintained with the refrigeration controls and operated with easy to access temperature controls. If the air curtain is interrupted, the temperature will vary. The Federal IMSS60SC-3 refrigerated island merchandiser is designed to operate in an environment that will not exceed 75 degrees Fahrenheit ambient temperature or 55 percent relative humidity.
