This floor-standing model is divided into three levels and measures 36 inches wide by 30 3/4 inches deep by 44 inches high. Because this unit maintains a temperature range of 38 to 40 degrees, it's suitable for fruit pies, cheesecakes, and other refrigerated baked foods. This unit features an on-demand defrost for convenience and operates with R513A refrigerant.

The Federal ITR3626-B18 bakery case is furnished with LED interior lighting to illuminate products and boost impulse purchases. While its panels are made of tempered glass to further improve visibility, its straight front glass tilts out to streamline cleaning. This unit's light and power switches are easily accessible, and to stabilize the case on irregular or bumpy flooring, operators can adjust the leg levelers.
