Designed so customers can grab snacks and beverages while having their meals prepared in front of them, the Federal SSRSP-5952 open-air cooler and prep table provides an all-in-one unit for stores trying to maximize their space. The entire unit measures 59 inches wide by 34 inches deep by 52 inches high, is constructed from durable steel, and is coated in a neutral black laminate to help it blend in with established storefront themes. Its interior comes with a LED lighting system and is split with a shelf to hold beverages, salads, and side items. Behind its curved glass top is a built-in prep table equipped with a stainless steel condiment pan well. Its recess is 10 inches deep, comes with condiment pan rails, and even includes a removable garbage receptacle. Additionally, both tiers have glass panels along their sides.

The Federal SSRSP-5952 horizontal coolera€™s internal components are simple to clean and accessible to reduce the risk of unexpected mechanical failure. Its temperature regulation system uses an R-449A refrigerant and reduces condensation buildup with its PTC evaporator. Each component is cooled with fans powered by ECM motors, ensuring the unit maintains its ideal heat range between 38 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit. To reduce the need for operator oversight, it comes with a thermometer, and its temperature can be adjusted with a simple built-in controller.
