The Federal SSRSP-7752 horizontal open-air cooler and prep table has a refrigerated self-service base with a prep station on the top rear. LED lights shine in the base to increase visibility, and glass sides allow users to easily see product. Since the base is made of steel, it is durable. The interior and laminated exterior are black, easily blending into different design schemes.

Staff can conveniently prepare sandwiches and salads in the top section. The condiment well holds seven half-size pans. Pan rails are included with the Federal SSRSP-7752 horizontal open-air merchandiser and prep table, but pans are sold separately. A scrap receptacle is integrated into the section to facilitate cleanup. Curved front glass and side glass panels make it easy for customers to see into the prep area.
