Each of the four shelves on this Fermod 4R59B71 (6611/R1) starter shelving unit accommodates 600 pounds, though the unit shouldn't hold more than 2,000 pounds in total. For perishables, bagged or boxed goods, small pieces of equipment, or cleaning and cooking supplies, these shelves are fitted with louvered polymer inserts that enhance air circulation and minimize moisture and dust buildup. These inserts can be removed and washed in a dishmachine between uses to simplify cleaning. The internal angle configuration system strengthens the shelves, eliminating the need for cross bracing, so employees can insert and retrieve products from both sides. As inventory changes, the shelves can be adjusted along preset positions spaced 6 inches apart.

The Fermod 4R59B71 (6611/R1) starter shelving unit measures 59 inches wide by 18 inches deep by 71 inches high and can be attached to similarly sized Fermod shelving units to optimize storage. This unit can be joined with another unit in a T, L, U, or plus-sign configuration to serve a variety of storage spaces. Because it withstands temperatures between -40 and 140 degrees Fahrenheit, it's safe to store in dishwashing rooms, pantries, and coolers. Its 20-micron-deep anodized aluminum construction resists corrosion to preserve its original look and prolong service in high-traffic settings. Its adjustable composite feet stabilize it on uneven surfaces, and to expedite assembly, it can be set up without tools.
