The Fortessa TC7400.DV.5.90 Pepper primo bowl is made of TechnoCeram® vitrified china, an industrially strong nonporous material fortified with high-alumina oxide capable of surviving repeated use in high-traffic dining rooms. While its surface is finished with a clean, white glaze, its coupe-style rim sports a charcoal hue for an attractive contrast, defining the plating area. Great for spaghetti with meatballs, minestrone, or a seasonal salad, this bowl boasts a 40-ounce capacity and measures 10¹/₂ inches in diameter.
