For longevity in high-volume environments, it's made of the most durable steel alloy available: 18/10 stainless steel. This metal is made up of 18 percent chrome and 10 percent nickel for bend and rust resistance. To ease back-of-house responsibilities, it can safely be cleaned in a dishwasher after use.
