Engineered for high-volume applications, the Frymaster FPEL214CA OCF30® Fryer Battery electric fryer includes two open-pot vats with a 30-pound capacity each. Heated with energy-efficient, self-standing flat-bar heating elements, this fryer enables users to track and manage oil quality and life as well as equipment operation. The SMART4U® technology includes the 3000 controller, in which users can program as many as 20 recipes; this mechanism also automatically matches cook time with load size for best results. Temperature is managed with the center-mounted RTD, which has a 1-degree-Fahrenheit action thermostat to ensure product is cooked within a small range. Throughout use, the Oil Attendant® mechanism automatically fills the vats with oil from the jug-in-box for freshness.

Sediment and old oil are expelled with the built-in filtration, which is located in the Frymaster FPEL214CA electric floor-model fryer's battery. Its handles are inset in the cabinet, preventing accidental filtration. Each of the fry pots measures 13 inches long by 14 inches wide by 3 3/4 inches deep, and twin baskets, a basket support, a basket hanger, and a filter starter kit are all included with the unit to streamline operation.
