Thunder Group STPA3001 Full Size Steam Pan, Stainless - 6, (each)

The Thunder Group STPA3001 steam table pan is constructed of 18/8 stainless steel and is safe to use in a commercial oven. Its 24-gauge design is lightweight without sacrificing durability. Food products such as casseroles can be baked in an oven then transferred to a steam table in a buffet lineup to be kept warm for guests; this pan can then be removed quickly using its anti-jam rim. The full-size pan is 12⁴/₅ inches long, 20⁹/₁₀ inches wide, and 1¹/₄ inches deep. After its emptied, the pan can be safely cleaned in a dishmachine for convenience.
