Thunder Group STPA2002 Full Size Steam Pan, Stainless - 6, (each)

The Thunder Group STPA2002 pan is designed to fit in a full-size opening on a steam table. Food such as chopped vegetables can be placed in the steam pan to be cooked and kept warm in a kitchen or buffet-style set-up. The 18/8 stainless steel pan measures 12⁴/₅ inches long by 20⁹/₁₀ inches wide by 2¹/₂ inches deep and can be safely cleaned in a commercial dishwasher after use. Its stainless steel is 22-gauge for added durability, and to hasten retrieval and replacement, it‘s built with an anti-jam edge.
