Ideal for pulled pork, lemon pepper chicken, or lasagna, the Thunder Group STPA4004 steam table pan has a 4-inch-depth. Its 25-gauge, 18/8 stainless steel construction helps resist rust and structural damage when accidentally dropped, and this heavy-duty pan features an anti-jam design that minimizes locking and facilitates easy removal from the steam table or storage. While this pan is not safe for use in the microwave, it can resist heat damage in an oven and be safely run through a commercial dishwasher after use.
