Garland GFIR36CM 34" Gas Salamander Broiler, Natural Gas

The Garland GFIR36CM salamander broiler adds a finishing touch to foods, whether it caramelizes bread or melts cheese on top. Its two infrared burners supply a maximum of 40,000 BTUs of heating power and are adjustable with high/low valves on the front. The rack doesn't need readjustments to change the heat level, although it can be tilted to check on product. For cleaning purposes, this unit has a large grease pan and much of it is constructed of stainless steel, including the front, top, and sides. Short legs lift the salamander off the countertop, so neither unit nor counter overheat.
