Garland GTBG24-AR24 24" Countertop Charbroiler w/ Cast Iron Grates - Manual Controls, Natural Gas

Equipped with two individually controlled burners, the Garland GTBG24-AR24 countertop charbroiler can cook various foods at once at either a high or low temperature set by the adjustable knobs. The cast iron grates provide even heating, and the racks are reversible to suit different applications. Denser foods such as steak can be cooked with one side of the grates, while the other side is better for cooking delicate proteins.

The Garland GTBG24-AR24 charbroiler is designed for countertop use, and it's mounted on 4-inch legs to prevent overheating or damage to the flat surface. It has a rail on the front to keep a distance between the user and the hot surface, reducing the risk of burns. Constructed of stainless steel construction, this unit is durable enough to withstand commercial applications. It's also convenient to clean, and the crumb tray streamlines this by catching debris and food particles.
