Designed for versatility, the Garland GTBG48-NR48 countertop charbroiler features reversible cast iron broiler racks in 3-inch-wide sections, enabling operators to choose between ¹/₈-inch or ³/₁₆-inch brand marks. The 48-inch-wide cooking surface includes non-adjustable cast iron grates that retain heat for consistent grilling, while the 21³/₁₆-inch broiling grid depth provides ample space for high-volume cooking. Each of the eight stainless steel tube burners is paired with a cast iron radiant to evenly distribute heat, and the manual controls include a variable high/low valve for each burner.

Designed for durability, the GTBG48-NR48 charbroiler is made of stainless steel. A large-capacity stainless steel crumb tray collects food debris, and the 3¹/₂-inch front work surface provides added convenience. To enhance stability, it stands on four 4-inch adjustable stainless steel legs. Operating on natural gas, this model delivers a total of 144,000 BTU across its eight burners, making it ideal for commercial kitchens.
