Garland GTBG60-AB60 60" Gas Charbroiler w/ Cast Iron Grates, Natural Gas

This Garland GTBG60-AB60 gas charbroiler speeds up ticket times and reduces employee labor by providing five individually adjusted cooking zones. When users adjust the high and low temperature knobs, they can cook burgers on one side of the cooking surface and chicken on the other side. The broiler racks are adjustable in 3-inch sections, and depending on the upward side, they can handle both delicate and dense meats.

Constructed of stainless steel, the Garland GTBG60-AB60 gas charbroiler is resistant to scratches, dents, and corrosion. Its grates and broiler racks are made of cast iron, so they are also durable enough to withstand daily use. For cleaning purposes, this unit includes a crumb tray that captures food particles and keeps them off the countertop. To prevent overheating, the charbroiler is mounted on 4-inch legs.
