Garland M60XR Deck Type Broiler w/ Upper Finishing Oven, Standard Oven, Natural Gas
Versatile enough for a variety of applications, the Garland M60XR deck-type broiler has an upper broiler and finishing oven above a standard oven base. In the broiler, chefs can sear steaks and poultry or broil vegetables, while the finishing oven is great for browning casseroles, melting cheese, and finishing steaks. The ceramic broiler deck has a removable broiler grid, and its rack can be placed in five different positions depending on the desired heat level.
The standard oven in the base of this Garland M60XR upright broiler provides a place for baking without using up extra floor space. It has a porcelain interior that resists corrosion, as well as a separate burner system from the broiler and finishing oven. Made of stainless steel, the exterior front and sides are durable and streamline cleaning. The chrome legs are adjustable, maintaining stability on uneven surfaces.
