Garland MCO-GD-10-S Master Single Full Size Natural Gas Convection Oven - 60,000 BTU

The Garland MCO-GD-10-S full-size convection oven comes with six chrome-plated oven racks that can be placed in 13 different positions on the guide. Its interior is porcelain enameled and its coved corners prevent food particles from getting trapped, making the unit quick to clean. Master 200 solid-state controls enable simple temperature adjustments from 150 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. An electromechanical 1-hour timer provides a way for employees to track the cooking process while preparing and cooking other product.

There are two doors on this Garland MCO-GD-10-S full-size convection oven. They have a 60/40 dependent design, opening at the same time for operator convenience. Thermal windows on the doors make it easy for the user to monitor the cooking process from outside the unit without losing heat.
