Garland MCO-GD-20M NG Double Full Size Natural Gas Convection Oven - 120,000 BTU

This double-deck Garland MCO-GD-20M convection oven is powered by natural gas and consists of two ovens stacked on top of one another into a single unit. This configuration significantly increases output for mid- to high-volume cooking operations. Both ovens are full size at 29 inches wide, 28 inches deep, and 24 inches tall internally, and they're both equipped with six durable chrome-plated oven racks that are easy to clean. The porcelain-enameled interior has coved corners to facilitate safety and efficient maintenance.

The temperatures of the Garland MCO-GD-20M convection ovens are controlled using the easyTouch™ screen on the front of each oven, which has programmable recipe settings for specific food items. Two-speed fans circulate heated air in the convection ovens to speed up the baking and roasting process compared to traditional ovens. The constantly circulating air also serves to eliminate the presence of cold spots in the oven. The stainless steel exterior is durable and corrosion resistant for a long service life, and the full unit measures 38 inches wide by 44¹/₂ inches deep by 70¹/₂ inches high.
