Garland U60-G60RS 60" Gas Range w/ Griddle & Standard Oven & Storage Base, Natural Gas
The Garland U60-G60RS U series restaurant range has a griddle top and standard oven base powered by natural gas. Providing a place for users to store pots and pans when they're not in use, it also has a storage compartment in the base. So it heats up quickly, the unit's griddle plate is 5/8 of an inch thick, and the heat of the plate is controlled by manual high/low valves.
The Garland U60-G60RS restaurant range's oven has a stay-cool door handle that protects users from burning their hands when opening the oven to remove dishes. Using the thermostatic knob, the oven's temperature can be adjusted. One rack is included with this unit, and it can be placed on a three-position guide.
