With a stainless steel base and cast iron plates, the Equipex GES75 waffle maker works great in high-volume environments. Its base is strong and can be wiped clean, and the cast iron plates can be seasoned to create a nonstick cooking surface. The plates feature a round pattern and create 7-inch by 1.25-inch-tall waffles. To ensure waffles get the right shape, a thick rim follows the edge of the pattern, and if too much batter is poured in, it runs out the sides and into the removable drip tray for cleaning.

This Equipex GES75 round waffle baker has few controls to ensure all members of the kitchen staff can quickly learn the machine. It features a power switch, on light, heat-on light, and temperature knob. After turning the temperature knob to the correct setting once, it need not be moved again, lightening the workload for operators.
